Indoor Heated Swimming Pools
Our pools are heated to approximately 27 degrees, making it the perfect temperature for cold or hot days. Each swimming pool is used for an array of activities, including swimming laps, synchronized swimming, and water aerobics.

Cardio exercise
Swimming training provides you with an opportunity to increase your heart rate without placing any stress on your joints. It also helps you increase not only your lung capacity but also helps develop muscle strength.

Swimming reduces stress as it has a soothing effect and exercising in water is easier on joints as you are buoyant in the water, this puts less stress on the joints and reduces the risk of injury. Our pools are also a great tool for rehabilitation programs.
